- Letter have been issued to deposit right share 1:05 to all 37 promoters by 10th chaitra 2065 to raise the promoter share paid up capital from Rs. 60 million to Rs. 90 million.
- NIDC Capital Market Ltd. have been appointed as issue manager for the public issue of Rs. 60 million i.e. 600000 shares.
- The bank has made of profit of Rs. 5.386 million by poush end 2065 after making loan loss provision .
- 35 days notice published in Annapurna Post on 6th Falgun 2065, notiying all promoters of Public Development Bank Limited to deposit right shares 1:0.5 by 10th Chairta 2065.
2066/03/11 - June 25,2009 - Nepal Security Board has approved the public issue of Rs 60 million to Public Development Bank Ltd. on 2066/2/13 ( May 27, 2009)
- Currently the paid up capital of the Bank is Rs 90 million. After the collection of Public Share of Rs 60 million the paid up capital of the bank shall be Rs 150. million
- The public share issue collection date begin from 2066/3/14 to 2066/3/17 (June 28, 2009 to July 01, 2009)
